Nonwovens fabric. It is a kind of fabric that can be formed without spinning and weaving process. It is a new type of fiber product made of polymer chip, short fiber or filament through various web forming methods and consolidation technology.

 

Polyacrylonitrile preoxidized fiber, or preoxidized fiber for short, is made from polyacrylonitrile by high temperature thermal stabilization. It has high flame retardancy, limiting oxygen index is more than 45%, excellent thermal stability, fiber does not melt, does not soften shrinkage, no solution drop in combustion, so it is a quasi non combustible product.

 

The heat insulation effect is good, acid alkali corrosion resistance, chemical environment resistance and radiation resistance are good;

 

It has the advantages of suitable textile processing properties, light fabric, soft and good water absorption

 

The pre oxidized fiber felt can work continuously at high temperature of 240 ℃ without aging and shrinkage for a long time at 220 ℃ high temperature. The pre oxidized fiber materials have the same strength and good flame retardant performance. The pre oxidized fiber begins to decompose at more than 370 degrees and carbonizes at about 400 degrees. The mat made of pre oxidized fiber is made of polyacrylonitrile raw wire after 250-2800c high temperature treatment. Its thickness is 3-15mm. It is an ideal and effective outer protective layer for people and objects that must be away from the heat source body. The pre oxidation fiber is flame retardant and high temperature resistant cloth, and it is very easy to wrap the uneven surface objects.
